At NuoireWard, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your item, we offer a straightforward refund process in accordance with our policy.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for refunds.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Gift cards
  • Intimate apparel (e.g., lingerie, swimwear) for hygiene reasons
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items damaged due to improper use or wear

How to Initiate a Refund

To start a refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely, including the RMA number inside the package, and ship it to the address provided.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, after verification.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
