4. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from NuoireWard. If you are not entirely satisfied with your T-Shirts & Tops, Pants & Trousers, or Skirts, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Sale items or final sale products are not eligible for refund unless defective.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items, where we will cover the return shipping.
